Introduction
One of the most social activities you can do on Altis is harvesting the kidneys of others. This is an illegal activity. Unlike the others, you are required to interact with fellow Altis players in order to complete this run.
Starting the Run
The complexity of this run requires a few strongly suggested items. First, kidneys are heavy and take up a lot of bag space (25 per) so you will likely want a house to store them in until you are ready to sell. Probably a house just off the beaten path of main cities where you are likely to find more victims. Just remember, this is an illegal activity and your house may be subject to raids by the APD if they catch you interacting with it. Second, pick a location you plan to take your victims to remove their kidneys. A place near your house should suffice as long as it has adequate cover in case someone comes looking for their lost friend. Third, you will need to procure a few surgical items from a Rebel Outpost or Black Market. One scalpel in your Y is all you need to harvest as many kidneys as you desire. You will also need zip ties, one per person, as well as first aid kits. Lastly, some serious motivation to put their hands up, in the form of a gun. You may want a few redgull, water, and food items to keep your strength up. However, this is a highly dangerous run and the possibility of dying is high, so proceed with caution when you spend your money on supplies that can easily be lost upon death.
Gathering - Kidneys
Before harvesting kidneys make sure you have the following items:
- Scalpel (windows key restrained player for harvest option)
- A weapon/taser for intimidation
- zip ties (press windows key when the player's hands are in the air to restrain)
- A large backpack for caring kidneys (each weighing 25)
Note: You must properly engage and follow hostage rules when attempting to steal kidneys.
Selling
Kidneys are sold at Black Markets to the NPC where you make all purchases. Conveniently, there is an ATM in the same room as the NPC where you may deposit the cash you receive immediately to your bank.
Payout
A Bergen bag holds 4 kidneys. Selling them gains you $74,000 or $18,500 per kidney.
