This is the optimized path for completing the oil run.

The oil tower.

The oil processor.

The oil trader.

Introduction

It is one of the first recommended runs for newer players as its payout can be increased with a Worker's Protection License. This is a good beginner run as all three of the areas are very close together. Keep in mind, however, that to store oil in houses or gang sheds, you will need to purchase oil storage in order to store the liquid oil.

Starting the Run

Before starting this run, it is strongly recommended to check the price of Oil for optimal profits and to follow the list below to make sure you have all the required equipment.

• A pickaxe (Purchased at gas stations/markets) Required for collecting oil
• Food & Water
• Bergen Backpack for space
• A fuel truck to store oil
• Oil processing license ($10,000 at the DMV)
• Head to the Oil Tower west of Neochori to fill your vehicle and optionally your backpack using left windows key in the Oil Tower area

Processing

• Head northwest of the Oil Tower past the city of Kore to the Oil Processor to refine your oil into processed oil.
• To process, scroll wheel on the processing machinery inside of the hangar, you can either process from the vehicle or from your backpack and must remain 25m of the machine.
• Before pressing Process, it will give you the time required to process. Canceling processing will process items up to the progress you obtained.

Selling

• After finishing processing take your vehicle to the oil trader north of DP11.
• Scroll wheel on the oil trader to sell your processed oil on your person, you will need to manually remove the oil from the vehicle to sell.
• When finished selling go to any ATM the closest being DP11 to store the money via scroll wheel or left windows key on the ATM.

Payout

Using a fuel truck with no storage upgrades and a bergen backpack (140 Processed Oil) will yield a payout of $412,720 (WPL: $474,628)

Run Time

Using a fuel truck with no storage upgrades, a bergen backpack, and Tier-4 turbo this run will take 24 minutes and 15 seconds. With a workers protection license to increase processing, it will take 20-22 minutes.
