Please use this section as a guide on how to report ALL issues against Swat members. It does not matter if it is a Altis Life Rules or SWAT Handbook violation, each report will be dealt with accordingly by Senior SWAT and Staff
You must fill out a report regarding a matter please use the following information to do so.
SWAT Internal Affairs
- Click "Support" in the bar at the top.
- Click on "New Request" on the right hand side then choose "SWAT Internal Affairs" in the department.
- Fill in all info regarding the incident.
- To locate the Dispute ID and Code navigate to "The Stats Page"
- Click on your profile in the top right and go to profile
- Navigate to Disputes under the Player Information tab
- Click on the ID to open up the Dispute details
- On the right side of the page you will find the Dispute ID and Code, as well as the date and time of the incident
- To locate the Dispute ID and Code navigate to "The Stats Page"
- Be sure to include any proof such as links to screenshots or videos regarding the situation.
- Keep in mind that almost all videos require at least 5 minutes showing the whole situation.
