To start the robbery, three people who are using 5.56 caliber [[Firearms, Weapons, and Accessories| weapons]] (or greater) must be within the zone. To begin the robbery process, enter one of the buildings in the art gallery compound, locate one of the paintings, and use the scroll wheel while aiming at a painting. A large painting will have a timer of seven minutes and a small a timer of five minutes. Upon completion the player will be able to take the painting into their [[Virtual Items| virtual inventory]].

To start the process, enter any building within the art gallery compound with bolt cutters in hand, then locate a painting or statue. Use the bolt cutters from your virtual inventory or press the window key(must have bolt cutters in virtual inventory) while looking at the painting or statue. Once completed, the painting or statue will be added to a duffel bag that drops onto the floor. After the robbery is finished, you’ll have 5 minutes to either initiate another robbery or leave, once the cops are killed. If you choose to leave, a 40-minute cooldown will be imposed before you can rob again.

Introduction

The art gallery robbery is an event geared mainly towards smaller and medium sized gangs. There are a total of nine paintings at the art gallery.

Starting The Robbery

To initiate the robbery, one person armed with a 5.56 caliber weapon (or higher) must be inside the zone, and at least five officers must be online. To start the process, enter any building within the art gallery compound with bolt cutters in hand, then locate a painting or statue. Use the bolt cutters from your virtual inventory or press the window key(must have bolt cutters in virtual inventory) while looking at the painting or statue. Once completed, the painting or statue will be added to a duffel bag that drops onto the floor. After the robbery is finished, you’ll have 5 minutes to either initiate another robbery or leave, once the cops are killed. If you choose to leave, a 40-minute cooldown will be imposed before you can rob again.

Painting and Statue Times and Weight

Painting: Takes 6 minutes to rob and holds a total of 25 virtual weight. Statue: Takes 9 minutes to rob and holds a total of 30 virtual weight. Large Statue: Takes 14 minutes to rob and holds a total of 35 virtual weight.


Rewards

Paintings and statues must be sold at one of the art dealers near the gallery. The locations of the art dealers are shown below and will be marked on your map once a robbery is completed and the painting or statue is taken out of the duffel that spawns. Paintings or Statues may not be stored in houses and must be sold to Dealers once robbery is finished.

Paintings will sell for $300,000. Statues will sell for $500,000. Large statues will sell for $750,000.
