"Starting The Robbery"

To start the robbery, three people who are using 5.56 caliber weapons (or greater) must be within the zone. To begin the robbery process, enter one of the buildings in the art gallery compound, locate one of the paintings, and use the scroll wheel while aiming at a painting. A large painting will have a timer of seven minutes and a small a timer of five minutes. Upon completion the player will be able to take the painting into their virtual inventory. Small paintings have a weight of 33 and a large has a weight of 50.

"Rewards"

After completion of the robbery, the paintings need to be sold to one of the two Art Dealers. The large painting can be sold for 300k and the small for 150k, making the max potential profit for the robbery 450k.

Being totally honest, I'm not 100% sure if the information is accurate.
